EXCELLENT SERVICE - I am a landlord of a property 250 miles away and therefore get it managed, I required an EICR , (unfortunately with remedial work) the management company obtained a quote that was so high even I , as a non electrician could tell it was ridiculous. I got in touch with CES who gave me a quote, and stuck to it, which was half the amount.
