I have being going here for years. And would not have a bad word said about them. However after having a very dramatic experience a member of staff was unsympathetic unhelpful and all he could repeatedly say was I can’t comment on ithat. Coopers has obviously dropped its high standards and I willl NEVER be back
Made an enquiry for two new Pirelli Scorpion Winter tyres for my winter wheels and received a quote back very quickly, also with info that Pirelli only had three left in stock. I spoke with Christine Tweedie on the 4th July and reserved the two tyres and made payment seamlessly online. Received phone call few days later tyres in stock which is positive these days to get proress info. Car failed MOT on tyre that had a partial failure on the inside. Phoned Coopers on a Saturday (11th July) and was told they'll have the tyre in within the hour come down for 11am and they'll fit it. £202 fitted so £40 cheaper than Arnold Clark and they done it extremely short notice, no complaints! ✔️
Great service today. I had an issue with a slow picture. The guys were on it so quickly. Very impressed. Well done guys.
