Unfortunately they never turned up for the quote appt for new fascias/roofing. We arrived at the property and waited an hour for our timeslot, no-one called or contacted us. When we did get hold of someone in the office they said they'd been called out on an emergency and would give us a call later that day. We tried the office again and got told they'd call us next week to rearrange. Never got the call and haven't heard anything since.

We used this company for re-tiling a bathroom floor and putting engineered wood into the cellar. They used the wrong sealant between the tiles and the shower drain so it was left non watertight. After quite a bit of hounding they admitted the mistake and came back to fix it, but the repair lasted no time at all and they then ignored my attempts to get them back out. We purchased Karndean Luxury Floor Tiles from Cooper and Williams in Shrewsbury and arranged for them to lay them in our kitchen, utility and downstairs toilet. The job was handled to a very high standard and looks great.
