We were put in touch with this company because we had a fault with a Triton shower under warrantee. The owner was friendly and helpful on the phone and sent an engineer to fit in with our timetable. The engineer arrived on time, likewise he was friendly and helpful, explaining the problem as he fixed it, he certainly knew his stuff, he was at our property for less than half an hour. I would highly recommend this company from our experience today, many thanks for your excellent service.
Absolutely appalling service. This complaint was sent to us as part of an aqua Lisa fitting. New electric shower was fitted and we were left with a water leak within the unit where the shower pump was fitted. Entire system failed within an hour of fitting wiped out our entire electrical system downstairs and an earth leakage fault with a risk of electrocution. No response from calls for help. Called out to fix shower on behalf of Triton who i have a warranty with. Said issue was water pressure/ flow. He didn't investigate shower unit at all. Left after 2 mins. Had zero interest in fixing issue & appeared to be in a hurry to get to next job. I complained to Triton. They sent one of there own plumbers who fixed (heating element) the issue. Do not use these guys. Complete timewasters.
Absolute waste of time. Engineers who nothing about the products they fit and office staff who cannot call customers mobile phones. They only call on landline phone.
