I've been here for many years now (8+) and believe me when I say I ALWAYS leave my appointment feeling my absolute best. These sessions are by far my most important investment for both physical health and wellbeing. Liz is an incredible Therapist and is super passionate about her craft. Even after all of these years we always start with a consultation, this really is a personal service every visit. I have regular massage, cupping and acupuncture.
