Well, what can I say about this company cool shutters, I had most of my house done by them, and I'm happy with their work. So I thought bifolding shutters came to did measurements and took a deposit of £1200. This was May 2023, and I was told it would be 14/18 weeks for shutters to arrive and fitted. After numerous emails, phone calls, visit to the shop, lots of they are stuck in china, more delays, and plenty of excuses. It's now November 2024. I would avoid this company at all costs … I paid £508 deposit in March 2023 last year ..told they would be approx 18 weeks no one rings you back … phoned daily and still no phone call …no one will speak to you, an absolute disgrace … I am still waiting for my money back .. will I get it maybe not… very quick to take your money avoid at all costs…. Always pay on a credit card … my mistake …
Should be an option of zero stars. AVOID! Ordered shutters in August, told 14 weeks lead time, had zero correspondence, ignoring emails. Just ghosting me (and everyone else that has ordered from them in the last six months by the looks of it). Deplorable company. I of course have reported to Trading Standards. Hoping others will do the same and they get shut down. How they can continue to take people's deposits, we're talking thousands of pounds across all the deposits they have taken, and not follow through with the product... read more
Avoid if I was you the shutter come early good quality apart from when the blind are closed there's different size gaps with light shining .They did swop 2 doors still no good after talking to China we agreed to swop doors for pvc slats week gone by trying to get up date getting blanked for 2 weeks even called bosses mobile didn't get back I would say go somewhere better and cheaper.1350 for 1 window I give my money to this company not China so if you have a problem don't expect a refund they will blame it on China then fob ... read more
