Great experience with this company! They have a really good communication process and keep you informed all the way through the process, including faults, fixes, arrival and completion times etc... They also turn up when they say they will, which is rare for most companies and are reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend them.

From the initial enquiry via a trade directory website, to liaising with the office to get the job booked in, to the tradesperson who carried out the work - every point of contact was professional, polite, efficient, thorough, and exemplary. Syd, Brooke, Shane, and Claire were all brilliant. As a Facilities Manager, I wish all companies were this fantastic!
