I called Cooks early morning to buy some flowers for my friend who's, just had major surgery and has had a bit of a rough time. The lady who answered the phone was so helpful. She asked what kind of flowers I wanted and I told her something beautiful to cheer my friend up and that's exactly what I got. My friend was so pleased with them and said they were just the tonic she needed, andwere delivered before lunch time on the same day. I'd like to say a big thank you and would highly recommend anytime.

Thanks To the lovely freya for making my order a nice experience. She had a lovely phone voice and was patient but very professional also extremely helpful ordering for my Sister in England for Christmas Made easy ordering From Cooks . I would highly recommend this Service and shop. Thanks

There were some lovely decorations and all arranged in colour areas. The hardy plants were also available outside

Very disappointed , could have got better from a garage or supermarket , flowers died in first few days of being delivered. Broken Lilly’s also stem Lilly’s were cut off , rose’s were over and died within 2 days . I spent £35 the only thing that was good was the delivery . They were that bad the person that I bought them for made a complaint to me which made me feel awful 😞

Ordered flowers for the funeral of a close relative, although the flowers were lovely, the message on the card was not as requested. This was very disappointing and should not happen on such an important occasion.
