Con man, took money and never got tiles now ignoring all calls and messages, police HMRC and bank fraud department now investigating
Ordered tiles from here. Their web site is confusing as they seem to use Tiles & Styles and Cookham Bespoke on the same website. With the same details for both names. Anyway ordered tiles 19 June and I am still waiting. I have called the 2 numbers on the site that I could find. 1 goes straight to message, the other no answer. Found 2 other numbers from people that have used them previously, they are either busy or no answer (even after repeated calls). Tried to email and it gets kick back as not valid. Absolutely useless. Ordered tiles in May, told they’d be delivered in June. Paid in full. Delivery not received, told there was delays in Spain, advised of new delivery date, again failed to show, and again but delivered to wrong address, and then put out for redelivery as was being deliver3 by the tile supplier but did not show AGAIN. Never answers the phone. So I rang the tile supplier and checked my order was on their manifest for delivery, it wasn’t. This man lies, and steals money. Filled in the online form to get a tile sample as they advertise as a Villeroy & Boch stockist. Called them to ask when the sample would arrive after a few weeks and they promised to send one out. Nothing arrived so I filled in the online form again and received nothing but a phone call a week later to ask if I wanted to buy the tiles! They promised to send them out but I still haven’t had anything from them. Just a complete waste of time.
