We inquired about a car back in September 2017. We purchased a car from another company. I'm still receiving letters from banks stating they are running my credit still in January 2018. Mind you we have not authorized them to run our credit past the original inquiry date. Months later they are still calling and running our credit. We've told them time after time that we have a car already. They are harassing us and now I see they are illegally running our credit without our permission. I have to say this dealership has a very pleasant buying experience. Paul knew what we wanted. Knew all of the information on the options of the car. Will definitely be back if in need again. And will definitely pass all info of the dealership along to friends and family looking to purchase.
Best customer service ever received. They are always polite, and we'll mannered.
I never got the chance to look at a car..The salesperson who I talked to on the phone was suppose to call me back and never did..after my credit was pulled..another day has passed and nothing..whether you could get me approved or not ..the professional thing to do was call me back..
I purchased my brand new Rogue from another dealership but Conyers is closer to me! I dropped my car off for its first service (oil change and tire rotation) Melody (or Melanie???) was my representative and I explained I had a coupon from my dealership for a free oil change! She honored that coupon and so had the car washed! They didn't have to honor that and that customer service speaks volumes! I appreciate my experience and will be back!

I came from out of town to this dealership and I have to say the experience was a great one. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Was able to get exactly what I wanted. My sales agent Keldrick was a pleasure to work with! I'm loving my brand new 2017 Rogue already! Will definitely recommend others to visit as well.
