I decided to try them again today after trying them before...... Major disappointment yet again!!!!!! Service area lacks all points of God customer service. I sat and waited over 10 mins for someone to even acknowledge me. Another lady drove up and they took her car and still left me sitting there.... This dealership could stand to learn ALOT. I will NEVER come here again!!!!!!

We bought a new Sentra here and the car ain’t to bad but this dealership is terrible for service they quote you a price then jack the price up later trying to take advantage of a lady the never do your complimentary wash they covered the steering wheel in oil then you gotta walk the parking lot looking for your car to pick it up I will never return do yourself a favor go somewhere else

Bought a brand new car in December had all of 1 mile. Have been to Nissan 5 times (Missing work, time, gas and HORRIBLE customer service from the service advisorS) for a faulty touch screen radio. After calling THE BIGGEST BOSS P. Zill he was able to get my car in to get serviced. 3 days later gentleman was scheduled to bring my car, he called to say a light has now come on and they will be in touch. Im still paying car note, no compensation No apology, no snacks on the 5 trips ONLY a bunch of run around
I recently purchased a car from here. Was told to bring the car back and have tires and brakes put on it. After trying for a week to schedule, I decided to go in. Spoke to a very nice man in the service department was told I needed a "We owe" form and we could schedule. I would need to get with the sale man for that. So I located James and off he went to the sales managers office. why we have to pay $560 3 month after we bought our new car?? the sales man agreed to waive our last 2 month payment. my husband is being nice to pay it. but it is not ok. totally marketing trick and it's false information on the Nissan side
