Just purchased a brand new Nissan Versa! Extremely happy with how I was treated!! BJ was phenomenal! And I’ve never in my life had a car dealer ship FILL up the tank of gas! That was awesome! Hope to do business again with them in a few years!

Carried a Frontier with 26800 miles in under warranty, power window drivers’ side intermittently will not go up. 3 phone calls for appointment- covering I didn't buy from them, didn't see warranty, etc. 2nd car in service, bypassed me 5th served. Tech walks up, runs window up-down-up says nothing he can do. I said sure there is - take off the door - check wiring, check actuator, pull computer for faults. He said - why would I do that when I don’t know there is a problem, you need to bring it back when it is doing it. Respond... read more
Prepaid services weren't completed. Even after having my car over five hours a multipoint inspection wasn't completed either. Overall I will not be back. Customer service leaves much to be desired here. I'll drive back to Bob Richards/Miracle Nissan out Augusta to continue my maintenance.

Absolute worst customer service. BJ is awful to work with, bad attitude and texts to communicate. We had a deal worked out and on our way there they sold the car and didn’t tell us until 3 hours after. Highly recommend taking your money elsewhere.
Currently dealing with their less than professional sales tactics and ethics in an attempt to get my trade in back from them after a horrible experience when doing the sales contract. The sales manager spoke to me like was an idiot and gave me the feeling that taking down to women is his thing. The car I attempted to purchase site unseen still hasn’t arrived almost 36 hours later and they are holding my trade in with refusal to return after I requested to cancel my transaction.
