Worst experience ever. I set an appointment & was told, when I got there, that they don’t go by appointments during the holidays. There would be a 1hr & 45 min wait. I watched ppl that cam in after me leave before I did & I only came in for a simple oil change. Guy that helped me was nice but I’ll never go there for service again! I’ll continue driving an hr to Scott Evans in Carrollton. That 2.5hrs was not worth the wait.

Edited to say James in the service center was EXCELLENT and had great customer service. Kelly at customer service counter was also very nice! I used to like this place so much in fact that I drove 25 miles each way to come here. However, after SEVERAL appointments for oil changes have turned into 2 hour lines in front of me, I can no longer recommend these guys. What's the point of an appointment if I STILL have to wait for a million people in front of me?! I have a brand new newborn baby and I make appointments for a reason... read more

Every time my mother and I bring our cars in to be serviced the entire Nissan team is always pleasant! They make sure to do a thorough job with our cars and we leave satisfied each visit! Thank you, Conyers Nissan so much for all that you do!

Brought my car in for AC repair , that went fine. They did NOT REASSEMBLE my gas and brake petal properly!! My car stalled several times. I was able to make it back there for them to fix it and the Service Manager Mark McHenry had the NERVE to tell me he didn't think the AC repair had anything to do with it! Really?!? WTF. BUT they fixed it... Second time I had a major issue here!! Ridiculous

I'm not even sure why I made an appointment because the service tech basically told me it doesn't matter. Three hours for an oil change. No thanks! I woke up early to make it to my 7:30 appt but I was told it would take several hours. If I knew my appointment wouldn't really matter I could have come earlier and tried to be the first in line. Am I missing something? Your system does not make sense.
