We were checking out of our hotel in Llandudno before 11am, then spending our last few in Llandudno before catching our train back home at 3.30pm. We certainly didn't want to be dragging our cases around with us for hours. Was supposed to come to the house to meet to discuss starting to work for us. Ellen forgot the appointment and then when I called to ask where she was, she stated she was ‘on a call out’ I asked her as to why she was on a call out and why this wasn’t in her diary and she replied saying ‘Right, I can’t be ar**d with this’ and hung up the phone 😭
Do not use this company, they dont know how to handle your tenants, they will all end up leaving you a bad review! (Review left by a tenant).
I booked a house for 4 generations of my family for an Easter break - booked it September 2021 for an April 2022 holiday. I sent several messages to Ellen, the booking host, but had no reply. As the next payment was due I was not feeling confident with my booking so I rang the number on the booking. Elllen answered.
