Nasty pieces of work that Community Nurse Nicky and her colleagues were, they are never welcome around my door again, very rude and cheeky and the foreign one who came to my door. I don't care what their excuses were or the failure on my part, very unprofessional, and harsh.
The details are for a dentist NOT the doctors that are there and the phone number is wrong. Can't think of anything good to say apart from GOOGLE get your act together.
