Andy has a very affirmative, professional, honest, and clear communication style. He provides all the info uou’d need to make a decision, will challenge you if something’s unreasonable, will tell you no if any demand coukd not be fulfilled realistically, and will explain each and every step to you as though you were a 5 years old, may howsoever ambiguous it’d be, and even when you dont want. Pleasure to have come across him - i immediately made a decision, didnt feel like j need time to make a decision to opt in.

Currently going through the solicitors phase, so far the quoting team advisor Josh Fuller has been fantastic, very knowledgeable, very clear Hoping the rest of the process continues to be as good Update: Due to issues with solicitor unfortunately sale fell through, however this was not down to conveyancing-solicitor. They have investigated and refunded. I would use them again as I don't believe this was any wrong doing on their part but instead just a stack up of bad situations on the solicitor side

Smooth onboarding process and clear communication. Chavivi was absolutely brilliant at getting our purchasing journey started. He explained the process clearly and got us a good deal with the solicitors. Looking forward to working with them again.
