Not Recommended – Disappointing Experience I would not recommend this firm based on my experience. They were suggested by the estate agents involved in my property purchase, and even the agents have expressed frustration with how the case has been handled. Both myself and the seller were keen on a quick turnaround and chose this solicitor hoping for efficiency. Team 4 were really good with trying to get us completed asap they were very professional
DO NOT USE!!! We had been recommended these by our Estate Agents Freeman Foreman. Should have been a simple transaction with a no chain sale to 1st time buyers using the same solicitors. They don't reply to emails, never update you and are hard to contact on the phone, don't expect to have any contact with the same person. You'll have to do all the chasing to get anywhere. Save yourself the headache and use someone local (They will probably be cheaper also.)
As a retired Mortgage Adviser, I have over my years in the business used many conveyancers with mixed results. I have to say the sale of my daughter's house went through like a breeze, no hassle, plenty of updates, and reasonably priced. It was a first-time purchase and we had no chain, which helps, but it took less than 8 weeks from the house going on the market to completion, which is fast.
