I only gave one star because I was unable to give zero. Communication from this appalling company is hopeless. Do not trust this company with the most expensive transaction you probably will ever make.
Our conveyancer was incredibly helpful we were delayed massively due to things out of her control she worked incredibly hard to get our purchase over the line to ensure we kept our original mortgage rate opposed to paying almost double. Absolutely incredible turn around and kept in contact with us when it mattered
