Incompetent, tech couldn't hook up gages to the air conditioner, blew coolant all over the place, not just once but twice. Spent 20 minutes trying to put an air filter in my furnace. Told me to plug some basement vents to make the house cooler. I was told that the owner would call and rectify the problem. ....never called, no one has replaced the coolant lost.
