Very poor communication, despite many chances. Chasing Brian since February to provide me with staircase information. This company obviously doesn’t need the business.
We had an appointment,on Thursday turned up at the office no one was there, call the office left several messages ,call Brians mobile left message,this is now Friday and no one has bothered to make contact .
Thanks to everyone at Continental Stairs for the fantastic service and great staircase.
