I wouldn't give them 1 star absolutely rubbish dont cut grass half tine don't tidy up after their self, they dont have to live with mess im taking this further as second time they haven't cut back garden left it half cut disappear in vans having break and chatting ,and council paying for this load rubbish not checking work 3 million pound contract joke real joke
Not a very professional company at all. Within 6 months I had four different people (from the same company) come to look at the trees that had up-rooted from the storm in October 2024. The kid who came the last visit had no manners and because I challenged him about a tree that he wanted to cut down that hadn't been reported and leave the one that had been reported he walked off mumbled under his breath and said I'm not cutting none of them down, jumped in his van and went. Haven't been for 8 weeks, I've phoned whg numerous times. They have eventually just come to cut the bushes, but no sign of a grass cutter at all. Disgusting as I assume they are being paid to maintain our gardens. Every 10 days apparently supposed to be.!!!
