Compared to sf great thanks
It is impossible to get an appointment for passport renewal. I have been trying for months. When I emailed them (twice) asking if I could renew in Germany when I was there for a visit, the answer was evasive. I was advised to try around 3 pm. I have been to their website at least 30 times in an attempt to get an appointment. The German city where I visit is willing to do the passport renewal for me, but only with permission from the Consulate. That quite takes me back. I am at a loss 😔

I had an amazing experience at this consulate a few days ago. Due to some bad circumstances I was left with no form of identification and was completely in shambles. Martina helped me with everything, walked me through the whole process while also calming me down and quickly helped me. Can only say good things about this place.
