They were great the first time around but unfortunately they just didn't turn up the second time around. Despite booking with a 3-week window, the delivery wasn't scheduled until the very last day. I made several calls on the last two days to confirm that they will indeed still deliver the oil. Despite being assured on multiple calls that the delivery is scheduled and will certainly happen and that the tanker was out for delivery, they didn't turn up. Left us with very little oil and with no ability to reschedule immediately... read more
