Our experience of Affordable Home Improvements started well with Jack impressing me with his thoughts and ideas. When the work started, plans changed, some okay some not so sure. After delays, more delays, non turn ups and being called away to another job mid job, we got the job done. Communication was a nightmare. Sharon took loads of emails to pass on. I had written a negative review but removed it: not because it wasn't accurate but because I heard directly from Andrew Parker & hoped he would deal with a small unpaid bill of his (circa £240). Had he paid this I would have left it there; it is so unpleasant & upsetting thinking about the experiences from his very unprofessional company that I desperately wanted to put the nightmare all behind me. But his two long email, far from being helpful, were very threatening, scurrilous, abusive and v. worrying indeed about his stat... read more

What a nightmare. This company have now been rebranded as Affordable Home Improvements and were formally operating as Warmroof Construction Ltd before they became Conservatory Makeovers Ltd. They also appear to have moved from their premises in Ivybridge without any notification to us and other customers. We paid £10,720 in deposits by July 2022.
