have emailed them twice as i work nights on an important matter and not received one reply ,very dissapointing.
They poach clients on mental health wards. My mother is severely mentally unwell, sectioned on a ward. So unwell she doesn't know her own name or what year it is, nevermind able to have legal conversations.
