Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The Hygienists and Dentists are gentle and always put my comfort first. I have always hated going to the dentist because of bad experiences as a child. I still have fears but I am put at ease everytime that I come here. I would and have recommended this group to my family and friends.
The Hygienists was professional, gentle and funny.. I've never had such a thorough cleaning ever. The dentist was professional and friendly. It was a great experience, everyone was so friendly. I would recommend them to all my friends. My hygienists made me fill so comfortable and so did the dentist. Love the place.

I have now been to Conroe Smiles for 2 teeth cleanings and I was very satisfied with the experience. The Hygienist was very personal and remembered me from the first time I came in. She was very gentle and constantly made sure I was comfortable. I was able to get in and out within about 30-40 minutes with a very short wait time.
I feel lucky that I get to visit Conroe Smiles every six months for my teeth cleanings. The hygienists turn an awkward, nerve-wracking situation into an easy process. They genuinely care and are interested when they ask you, "How are you doing?" Dr. Portales and Dr. Lutonsky take the time to explain X-Rays and their plan of action. I have never felt like I am being taken advantage of and his staff has always worked with me. No waiting, which I appreciated. I had my teeth cleaned and the person who cleaned them was very through and professonal AND VERY friendly. I woud recommend them to anyone.
