I love the personal approach of Conroe Smiles. I am greeted by name. Staff treats me as an individual. They genuinely care about my dental needs.
I have 4 children who love coming to the dentist!!! My 3 year old went for the first time this week and though I was nervous, the staff did such a great job from the moment we walked in. They (somehow) got her to take a picture, got her a super cute toothbrush right away and she just sat in the chair and chatted away with the hygienist. She wants to go back all the time and so do all my other kids! They encourage good grades and my kids living picking a toy from the toy box on their way out. I recently moved here and happened across this dentist. I scheduled my appointment and was very pleased with everything. They took me back at my appointment time and immediately started my X-rays and cleaning. I would definitely recommend this dentist.
Thank you for always being positive, friendly and helpful. This team, including Dr. Portales goes above and beyond to help. I owe you guys more than I can ever show you for taking such care of my son. He suffered such trauma to his teeth at a young age, and you tackled it and held my hand through it all.
