It is always a joy coming to this dental office. I have never had to wait either as a new patient or at the follow-up six month hygiene appointment. Everyone is very friendly which lends to a very comfortable relaxing experience. Dr. Portales is very thorough and takes time to answer any and all questions. Great dental experience.
I am a new patient with Conroe Smiles and with Dr. Lutonsky. I had 4 teeth extracted on my way to 4 new implants and 2 permanent bridges. The extractions went really easy and I felt no pain what so ever, NOTHING. I Dr. Lutonsky even gave me his cell phone number in case we needed him over the weekend. After 3 other opinions and quotes, Conroe Smiles got my business. They are very competitive in price, very concerned about my quality of life and everyone is so nice. Great dentist, recommended years ago by friends. Dr. Portales and his staff are gentle with procedures and cleaning. The staff is always very friendly and the office is super clean. I definitely recommend for adults and children.
I ENJOY COMING TO THE OFFICE EVERY 6 MONTHS TO GET MY TEETH CLEANED BY FRANKIE. I HAVE RECOMENDED HER TO MY DAUGHTER AND SON IN LAW AND THEY WILL PROBABLY BE MAKING APPOINTMENTS IN THE NEAR FUTURE. I FIND THAT THIS IS DENTIST'S OFFICE THAT DOES NOT PRESSURE YOU INTO DOING EVERY NEW PROCEDURE THAT COMES ALONG JUST TO ADD TO THEIR BOTTOM LINE. I AM HAPPY TO RECOMEND THEM TO OTHERS. DB
