Walked in today because I needed some paper work filled out so I could enter the U.S Army Reserves and the older lady in the clinic refuses. She informed me a needed to to seen again by the doctor when my exam was indeed within 1 year. She told me a dental exam was only good for six months. I have never heard this before!! I showed her paper work saying it need to be within one year and she still refused. Saying Cigna allows me to get an exam every six months. I informed her that I do not have insurance any longer. First off I want to brag on how awesome the office is decorated as well as organized! We loved everything about the way it was set up and that being our first impression was everything. Secondly, the staff were absolutely awesome we were acknowledged right way once walking through the door with a friendly hello.. our hygienist was helpful and answered all questions and concerns we had. Love this place! Have been going for years now and never receive anything but professional and courteous dental services here. Never more dental work done or suggested than needed (and this is a first in 20+ years). I highly recommend Conroe Smiles and do all the time.
