As always a great experience. I arrived about 45 minutes before my 11:00 appointment time. I wasn't sitting in the wait area 5 minutes before I was called to the back. Teeth checked and cleaned and I was on my way home at 11:00 am.
My kids never get upset about going to the dentist. Who would of thought! It's all because of the staff and Dr. Portales. They make it!!!

I had my teeth cleaned extremely well by Pam. She is thorough and efficient and my teeth are the cleanist ever. She is friendly and peofessional and very knowledgable. I hope to continue using her on all futurd visits. John Norris

Always friendly, I have never had to wait more than a few minutes, if at all. I have been going there for years, never an unpleasant experience. Always work with my insurance even when it changed to a different company that didn't provide as good of coverage. Only positive things to say about Conroe Smiles!
