I definitely recommend Dr. Portales and his staff. Everyone that I have met there has been really friendly and very understanding with my dental issues. Visits in the past to a different dentist were something I endured and dreaded. The people at Dr. Portales' office make it something I can look forward to now. They are patient and understanding and that means everything to me. They are truly wonderful.

Lost a filling. Chose to forego novacaine. Dr. Portales is so gentle, nearly fell asleep. Bravo Doc, unquestionably the best.

Have been away from Conroe Smiles for a couple of years due to change of insurance coverage. Our new dental insurance allows us to return to Conroe Smiles this year. The service was excellent , friendly staff with top of the line equipment. It's great to be back !
