Unprofessional, no communication, don't listen to warnings, and don't care about their elderly patients. My dad died there.
The most ghetto, non-personal ER I've ever seen. When you walk into the ER, you're greeted only by an electronic kiosk and a security guard standing in the corner. You don't get to see anyone, talk to anyone, or have anyone acknowledge you're there. It's the worst place I've ever been for ER services. I eventually left after half hour sitting and sweating in the hot humid cramped waiting area.
My daughter went in Saturday and was sent home and told she had gastritis. We both told the doctor there was something more going on but we were dismissed and sent out. (No health insurance). Monday morning we were at Memorial Hermann in The Woodlands and she was IMMEDIATELY prepped for surgery as her appendix was about to burst. No tests other than blood work was done at CRMC. Thank God Memorial Hermann has professional staff, surgeons, nurses, and doctors on hand or my daughter would be dead.

Dr. Sonnier and entire team of doctors were exceptional. The nurses, dialysis team, respiratory team, environmental services and ancillary staff were so thoughtful and caring. Every request was addressed thoroughly and without hesitation.

Very friendly and professional they are making my daughter feel comfortable, they are very personable especially the x ray tech Alonza he is awesome he needs a raise.
