I was very pleased with service I received, the staff was very courteous, concerned and made me comfortable during my stay there.
The worse place ever. Any thing ever in life happens to me personally I do not want to ever go there. Veronica in the er was so nasty and rude. All that was done was try nothing but blood drawn and a x-ray. And a over night stay to do absolutely nothing. And nothing got accomplished. she wound up leaving. I will never ever take her.there in life.again. but they sure got her insurance money huh. I'm livid at this place. It's a joke
They took good care of me and my baby! My stay was GREAT, the nurses that cared for me and my baby were great as well. I had Liz, Nancy Kelly and one other women they were nice and was always on time for what I needed! Thank you all ladies, especially doctor St.Victor she's awesome.
First off, this is not my FIRST and ONLY experience with this Hospital. April 2017, July 2017, and now September 2017. I won't lie, I really enjoyed my second visit. My first visit was awful I believed because I had no insurance. I was rushed out of the door, literally, by a room cleaning person. I wasn't even dressed yet and had a house keeping employee trying "flip" my room. Great surgeon! Great nurses! Great doctor! My son came in with stomach issues and was imidiately seen and admitted, he had surgery scheduled the very next morning and will be released in a few days.
These people have nothing but absolute morons working in the business office. I am a Veteran and I was sent to CRMC for pulmonary rehab. It was understood by me there would be no charge to me and all expense would be picked up by the VA. For a year and a half now I have been getting bills for service and the latest from a collection agency. I did not agree to pay nor was I told by CRMC I would be billed. I have spoke with them dozens of times as has the VA but being the morons that they are, they cant get it fixed and instea... read more
