I would like to thank Dr. Helmer and the staff at CRMC for the job they did at saving my brothers life. What started as a trip to the emergency room for a few broken ribs ended up with my brother on life support. The first time I visited him in the ICU, Robert met me at the door and informed me he was taking care of my brother. Janice, Jason, Don, Ruth, and countless others did an outstanding job. Thank you to Dr. Sullivan and the wonderful amazing staff in the ER last night. My Mother had taken a fall and really messed up her arm....split the skin up and down. They were quick, attentive and loving....this is not our first experience and once again, I can tell it was a 5 star event!
Excellent Compassionate Thorough Care... There's no need to drive farther when our city has an exceptional hospital.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of needing emergency surgery and I cannot say enough good things about the care I received from the ER staff to the CT tech, the pre-op nurses to the fourth floor nurses and techs. Everyone was professional and showed genuine compassion and concern. As a previous RN for years in their ER and now as a Nurse Practitioner, I feel I have a unique and probably more critical perspective than some. I had a heart attack, I went from the ER straight to observation. Had my surgery and all good now. The staff who took care of me did a great job Always going above what their jobs were. Great job CMRH
