Our son was in a horrific car accident this past April. He was airlifted to HCA Conroe. There are no words to express how grateful we are that he was taken there. There wasn’t a single person who cared for him that we aren’t eternally thankful for. Because of their care, he is a walking miracle. We have our son back and at times, that was doubtful. Our family will forever be a HCA Conroe family. This doesn’t say enough....just a heartfelt thank you is all I have.
I had to use HCA Conroe because my insurance wouldn’t cover Memorial Herron the hospital we normal use. From the scheduling to the actual surgery. There was so many steps and hoops to jump through. On top of the anesthesiologist didn’t not listen to me on my medicinal history and did not give me the correct drugs. I have the doctors information and have tried to make a complaint about him but no one at the hospital cares.
Nearly killed my 65 y.o mom when they mistakenly thought she had pneumonia for 3 days.. they kept her so doped up she could have died, she couldn't even get out of bed for several days in a row, not to mention they kept giving her breathing treatments that were clearly making her worse and not helping. Her real diagnosis? severe bronchitis
not good help there or not enough people on staff there hope they improve
I went to Conroe regional the last 2 month complaining of pain in my back.. I’ve had kidney stones at least 3 times in my life so I told them that’s what it is more than likely. They completely ignored me and only did urine test which came back positive for uti(obviously). I am 13 weeks pregnant and have been in pain for about 3 weeks. I would not recommend this facility to ANYONE.
Worst service when it comes to getting billing information. I called and explained the purpose to why i was calling and some lady rudely said this “CAN YOU TELL ME EXACTLY WHAT YOURE CALLING FOR!” Me politely telling her “i got a letter stating i needed to contact you guys for insurance questions.” Then She wants to yell at me and say “MAM I NEED YOU TO READ ME OFF YOURE MEMBER ID NUMBER!” So i did then she yells at me again “MAM I NEED YOU NUMBER BY NUMBER” which i was to begin with. I am an employee and I used our ER on Monday. No wait time and excellent service from the triage nurse all the way to the Doctor! Everyone was professional. Good attitudes! I will come back to this ER when ever I need your services! Thank you!
