RecommendedRapid triage at the ER. All staff were helpful and caring. They really go above and beyond of what’s expected. We were triaged, seen by the doctor and treatment was ordered within 15-20 minutes. Highly recommend. Now we’ll be scheduling for a follow up with an HCA physician next for regular care! I won’t be going anywhere else!
Just about everything. Although the ER was packed, I never felt neglected or put out. The Doctor saw me within minutes, had a handle on my situation and had a tentative game plan. All the nurses and staff are timely when needed and all the techs I came into contact were spot on. Have eaten two meals so far and they have been tasty and plentiful. Thanks. Paul Bendiksen -patient
I have been treated great here. The food is pretty good too. I would suggest this place to anyone. This is my hospital, I would definitely come back.
Just got put in the results pending room of the ER... which is basically a cesspool of everyone they are trying to discharge shoved in one small room to share germs. Some have IVs hanging from their arm, masks on half the people. People with IVs still in. This is where I'm placed to do my nebulizer treatment. There are 20 people in this room and not enough chairs. If I am not sick now, I certainly will be. This is really nasty conroe regional medical center. I'm a nurse and I would NEVER treat my patients this way. Shame on ... read more
Don’t mind me.. Just came here to die!! This is my 2nd visit in a week, and guess what? Still having heart attacks and elevated heart enzymes, and instead of having me attached to anything other than a bottle of saline, I’m attached to NOTHING! I have to tell them when they should do an ekg and a troponin level cause otherwise I just lay here with a level 10 pain. I’ve heard of 3rd world health care, but this doesn’t even register as healthcare. I had to contact “Melissa” the House Supervisor to even get a doctor to come in ... read more
The worst billing department in the industry. They can't bill the right insurer and don't care. They create problems that cause the patient more pain and trouble. Do not use this facility or company
I had my son here.. and I have to say from labor and delivery and also postpartum care they amazed me with how sweet and patient they are! They cared for all of our needs and helped me with whatever I needed help with! Everyone was so kind and respectful! If I do have another child.. I want to have him here!
Very outdated and rundown looking inside. Very inconsiderate towards visitors staying the night.
