If I could give Conn's a zero star I would Arlington TX store The date I took my laptop was 8-17-2023 and manager Antonio took care of me and said my warranty was covered until 8-25-2023 he took my laptop and said it was going to be fixed within 3-4 days and that everything was good and being taken care of soon 9-11-2023 I called for an update and manager Ericka took my phone call and said that my laptop was not fixed because of there mistake, to go and pick up my laptop and I did. Everyone was great. From the sales person to the delivery driver. They were all very professional and patient. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I found an appliance that fit my budget and I will always be a return customer.

I bought a mattress from them. They added insurance to my mattress without asking. When I tried to get the insurance charge removed. I was told that I had to give them a copy of my personal insurance policy. I will not purchase from them ever again
