Associates were very helpful and easy going, it was easy and fast to shop with. I definitely recommend shopping with Conn's

I purchased a front loader washer that cost $850, and purchased a repair 2?yr service agreement for $170. My washer wasn’t working properly it wasn’t draining the water in the wash tub. They repair guy was messing with the washer for a while. I checked on him and he told me he was new and he had been talking to a supervisor and was waiting for them to call back. We did locate your washer and dryer purchase with us in May of 2019, which included an extended warranty, but we did not have any records of previous washers being purchased with us. Received damaged gas range and they will not exchange it. I sent ring video pictures of me unloading and. They steady false claim that i did damages. They are all for a sale but leave you high and dry when it comes to helping you
