My experience from start to finish was very professional, everyone I encountered was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly!
I purchased a Air Conditioner that does not go in the direction I need it to go. I reached out to Conn’s and they are giving me the run around. All I want is my money back so I can go elsewhere and purchase an Air Conditioner that will work for me.
Happy Customer.. Good value. My salesman was awesome. Delivery was later than promised but considering they left late from the warehouse due to mechanical issues with their truck. They stuck to delivery day when they easily could have called to reschedule.
Overall the service was excellent and fast. I had my product the very next day as promised. Installation was fast and the service provided from the delivery team was excellent!!
We purchased a washer and dryer here and Kevin was amazing! So patient and helpful. We will definitely purchase here again.
Knowledgeable sales person, no pressure trying to make a sale , had a great time shopping and would recommend family and friends to shop there
My experience with CONNS what is a good sales rep took care of me got everything done. We got a delivery the very next day, and it was painless and enjoyable.
I am going to rate my experience at Conns a 10 the young man was very nice very respectful and courtesy, I would recommend anybody to buy from conns.
