I recently purchased a refrigerator from Conn’s in Conroe, TX. I was thoroughly please from the moment I arrived in the store to the day of my delivery. The sales representative was so friendly, courteous and helpful. The store was clean and everything was arranged so that you could easily find what you were looking for. The business end was quick and easy. The delivery men were very courteous and careful putting everything in place. I would definitely recommend Conn’s to friends and family.

Have to give one star so but if it were for me I would give them -10 stars. I went to conns and financed a mattress because the salesperson told me that I could return or exchange it in a 30 day timeframe. When I received the mattress, I wasn’t home and I saw it when I got home from work meaning that my mother received it for me as a favor. I regret buying with this company. They are not honest and will tell you anything? Just to make a sell. I was told that my children bedroom sets would be setup once delivered. I actually asked this question and was told yes ma'am. The day of delivery. I watched on camara, my items in boxes being dropped off in my garage. I've called and was directed to 3 different people.
