Added an extended warranty without telling me. When I called to inquire I was told it was on the contract. I should have read every word of it. Shame on me, I definitely should have, But it should not have been added in the first place without discussing it or offering it. That is deceptive sales. I ended up paying a $1000 for a TV valued at $400, Never again will I do business with this company.

I purchased a mattress and it’s not what I wanted poor investment and no one will help I’ve been given several different numbers called and nothing it’s very frustrating would not recommend Conn’s furniture after your purchase you’re on your own

Great experience. Had the refrigerator we wanred in stock at a reasonable price and deivered it the very next day.

I had a great and very good experiences at Conn
I had an awesome experience. Conns was my last store before giving up on searching for my sectional. I went in on Sunday and felt no pressure and just looked and sat on the couches that I liked. I was asked if I needed anything to just ask. I went home and applied and got approved.
