Great customer service and the process was fast and easy.
I appreciate Conns customer service representative who helped us through the process of selecting our new appliances. He gave us the information we need and allowed us to compare and contrast without hovering. It was an overall pleasant experience.
Awesome customer service at the store, great pricing. Delivery guys were so nice 10/10 experience very careful and knowledgeable about their work. I would def be buying from them again
From sales to delivery was an excellent experience. They price matched with Home Depot, had stove in stock, delivered when I needed, and delivery/install guys were on time as and very professional. I would purchase from them again in a heartbeat!
The people in the store were very helpful when I needed to purchase another TV as the previous one I bought would not be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. The delivery was also great as they not only delivered it they set it up and placed it on my TV stand before they left.
Sales staff were excellent, especially Byron W****** The delivery staff were great, too. There were several delivery delays, though. It seemed as though the warehouse over promised on “ in-stock” items.
I would recommend it to everyone it’s a very nice place
