They need better sustainer service when it comes to repairing broken parts. They outsource their repair customers service to fermenters in a call center. The technicians they send will lie to you so record all activity when they enter because they will lie on their reports. When I kept calling they lied stating I only called once before the 30 days when I have not gone records showing otherwise because I refuse to pay an additional 99.00 service when the technician I reported tried to do business in the side and lied saying ... read more

The store policy is complete trash, I would never ever have anything to do with the name conns ever again. In this life, and would never tell anyone or a dog to deal with them complete trash, sad how they call themselves doing business, that's not how you do business

They did not deliver when said then delivered floor modle which I did not order I bought new love seat then 2 months later delivered new love seat that will not recline been here 3 times to fix it but still have to rock to get it to recline don't know what else to do they keep turning me in for late payment on my credit report but still have a love seat that does not recline without rocking 15 times to get it to recline help please

We had a horrible experience with Conn's. We walked in and paid cash for a soft hybrid mattress. Conn's then misdelivered a wrong mattress that was an extra firm hybrid and because I have a bad back and am awaiting surgery the WRONG extra firm mattress cannot be used. We called them and requested that they bring the correct mattress that we had already paid cash for and Conn's management began giving us the runaround.
