I love everything about what Conns have to offer. They are number 1 in my book.
Conns has for the second time screwed me with a piece of crap refrigerator and because turned in a service ticket before the 30 day grace period they won't take the piece of crap back

I purchased a couch loveseat and recliner, Hugh dollar all electric, first mistake, and the remotes have been stepped in and broken on 2 of them. I called Conns in Baytown Texas to get them to come replace the remotes. my warranty expired on these $5,000 couches 6 days ago. they refused to have anyone come out and repair these couches even if I paid for it. this is crap customer service, I have spent several thousand in that store for myself and my children. Wonderful customer service from purchase to the delivery. Salesman contacted me to make sure delivery was set up. They arrived within 3 hour window and called when they were 12 minutes away.
