This company calls me constantly telling me I've been approved for credit I have NEVER applied for. There is a hard inquiry on my credit from this company as well. I've asked them multiple times to stop calling me, I have never even been in the store. So, I am filing a complaint. Check your credit folks. Hard inquiries do affect your rating.
Conns had the washer and dryer package that I wanted, the girl that helped me was great, it was delivered on time, they did a great job of removing my old ones and hooked up the new ones. The price was fair.

This company don’t care about the customers , I don’t recommend don’t try to buy anything from them , they will damage you credit and the billing department are a liar in every aspect 2 years ago I bought a bedroom set and for 2 year I make every payment, last year I went back to the same store I bought a TV , I asked the manager to combine the 2 account in one account, the manager told me after 3 months making payment in both accounts he told me to call billing department will combine the account in one accounts I wait 6 mo... read more
I would recommend Edline to help every customer. She was patient and kind and answered any questions I had. She has excellent customer service.
