These people are a joke. There sales men will say what ever they can to make a sale. Then they will not stand behind it. I will not be back. I want to deal with professionals not scam artist. Plus I just got hung up on by a supervisor. Wow is all I can say.

Dee on NW Expressway was VERY helpful!! #deelightful � Some pricing issues. Very odd that I had 2 produce proof of home owners ins or they would charge me ins 4 new washer. Delivery people were great. I had water leak issue, they came out rite away & found problem (not washer;water pipe issue). If all goes well w/product & financing I will do further biz w/them.
I have spent $5000 with your company over the last 10 months. I cannot get the service that was promised to me. My washer has broken down 2 weeks ago and after 3 attempts to get a service call, I still cannot do my laundry. This needs to be fixed and fixed NOW!!!!!!!!!!!
The delivery team dropped off a dented $2000 fridge and said it was fine, it is not! Pick this thing up and replace it! Brandon this is your job to make sure the customer is satisfied so fix it!

Wow. Just bought our new washer and dryer. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. I shopped online price matching and they had the best price available for the set we wanted...Plus a $500 rebate....plus no interest for a year if we wanted to pay it out. Tammy at the NW Expressway location was the best.
STAY AWAY!!! I purchased a samsung TV. Bought the accidental coverage. My 2 1/2 year old threw a toy. Thank god I did purchase the accidental coverage. Per the terms and conditions of their legal binding contract it states: “shall be the cost of replacing the covered product with a product of equal or similar features and functionality”.
