Brandon is very rude, I have tried for 3 days to get my paperwork sent to my email in English, paperwork was emailed to me in Spanish, and at the 3 day mark of asking Brandon said he didn't know why I even cared it was just the paperwork. When I asked for a number to someone over him he became even nastier. I finally got what I needed from the customer service line. I was suppose to receive a call from Conn’s today between 7-9 am to set up a 2 hour window as to when they would be out to work on the dryer. At 9am, I called them. Lady claimed the order wasn’t set up properly and they will have to reschedule. I received both an email and text message with a service # for today. They are not sending anyone out today and set up a service call for Tuesday. I will get a call between 7-9am to set up a 2 hour window for the service tech to come out. Really!!!! I bought a living room set from Conn's in oklahoma city. the people were very nice and helpful. now that payments are due i call the (888) number to pay and your customer service people are very extremely rude. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS ..I spoke with a young lady on 12/20/2017 approx 530pm..I would rather drive 45 min to a store than deal with the people on the phone..its kinda their job to take my payment if they are dissatisfied with their job they need to find another one....sorry for the disgruntled... read more
Well I bought a refrigerator side by side and a stackable washer dryer on credit interest fee contract. I bought both in July of last year and I am so very happy to say that I paid both of them off within a year and I owe no taxes on either one of them. Conn's has been nothing but very helpful and very nice to me. I really saw and read all the negative comments and I really can't comment on either one of them but I just find it very hard to believe that nothing could be done to help them.
