Went to purchase a front loader washing machine set unfortunately the set I liked it's out of stock x2 mths. The salesman was nice! White front loader set being delivered tomorrow. Yayyy! 10yr Warranty!
I love the employees, at this location but the service dept sucks!
I was told I was approved for $1350 for their acceptance now program. I was looking at a laptop for $1300. I was told they help people build their credit and was told the monthly payment was $164 a month for 30 months for a total of approximately $4900. I protested and was told "oh it's a different company that handles that." How fucking convenient for you but the fact is Conns you hired them knowing their rates which I'm 100% positive you get a kickback on. Don't ever buy from this store! My husband and I bought a Tv from them on Sunday and it is already broken! Called the store and they were extremely rude! When I asked for her name she hug up in my face! They won't let us exchange the tv even though it's brand new but instead we must wait for a service technician to come to our home! Go to Best Buy and get way better service!!!! At least if they sell you something defective they will exchange it within 30 days
My husband and I went to Conn's we had the best service from a gentlemen his name is Seyed. When u go to Conn's on Expressway in Oklahima City you have to get this guy. Customer service was awesome and personality was awesome as well.
