Get a new fridge and 30 days later it died. Now over a year later after they sent replacement parts I am still waiting on a technician to install them. Over 30 calls and still no technician.
Got approved actually didn't need the credit could just paid cash but thinking we didn't want to tie up money We were assured they could deliver in our town...we go and pick out what we want they take down payment but then tells us since we are closing on our house tomorrow they can't help us...we are closing on a house...buying it...geesh. I have been here an hour on New Year's Eve for the supervisor Alden to hand me a card and tell me to call customer service. I got furniture in Oct and the refrigerator was going to a different location, so they not me Calvin to be more specific wrote two contracts increasing my payment by $50 a month. Came in last month to resolve told me pay the payment and they would make two separate contracts they did it and now are not honoring it. The sign said the price on the microwave we purchased was $319.00. THEN there was a delivery charge of $79.99. I said I don't need it delivered I need it installed. I was told that they would install it. LOWES charges $90.00 to deliver and install so we agreed. It was delivered in a timely manner BUT no installation. Installation was an ADDITIONAL $119.00. Is there a negative button? Got a refrigerator a month ago. The day it was delivered it was broken. Just got the replacement today. The people installing it were not the brightest. They took a clean pot of my counter to catch water. All they had to do was ask for a bucket. Then when they brought the doors in they laid them backwards so the shelves were facing down. Last time I checked the doors should of went the other way. I will never buy anything from them again.
Really bad customer service, today I have spent 2 hours trying to contact the store to make my payment and no one answered the phone, so, then I tried the 800 number to make payments as well, spent an hour trying to make that payment and the operator kept taking my card number wrong, and that automatic service is really slow, it took 5 minutes to identify my account, definitely first and last time shopping at this store.
