I was excited to hear that we was approved at the South Okc location but then it all went downhill. Our info with ss # was left laying on top of a trash can and when we asked the salesman to remove it he was mad, then we wasn't informed of prices until 3 hrs later when I received the email because our salesman was in a hurry and was flying through the places to sign. Then next day delivery was horrible, they tore up our yard, left trash in the driveway and the washer and dryer had scratches that wasn't noticeable until we bo... read more

I wonder if a good portion of the negative reviews have been resolved by staff changes. We have nothing but praise for Conn's NW Expressway. My wife applied on a whim when we bought our home. She got approved. When we went, everyone at Conn's, from sales (Dee) to our delivery team, were amazingly helpful and customer service focused. Our new stove was delivered with a dent - but the wharehouse manager was already aware and intends to apply a discount for the damage.
